About Us

Founded in 1970 by Jane Braitmayer Smithers, Northern Dutchess Day Care/Early Learning Center and School Age Child Care Program are NYS licensed, nonprofit learning centers providing quality care and education to children ages 18 months through 12 years in a safe and secure environment. All activities take place in an atmosphere of great respect for each child as an individual with his or her unique interests, learning styles and developmental needs.
